The President of the republic of Kenya, His Excellency William Ruto has been on record about something. In various meetings with officials and members of the press. The head of State has been making it clear how his administration will do everything in making sure that no wastage of resources in his governor.
After dissolving his cabinet, he went ahead to declare reduction of advisors numbers in all offices. All was to reduce unnecessary expenditures. Well, that might not be real after latest revelation.
Controller Of Budget Revelation.
Margaret Nyakang’o who is the controller of Budget has issued a statement that has elicited mixed reaction.
According to her, the office of the President and that of interior Cabinet Secretary spent over 4 billions on Secret spending. The purpose of the money has not been revealed sending mixed signals to Kenyans. This is against President Ruto’s announcement on reduction of expenditures in his administration.
The head of state office and that of Kithure Kindiki will have to do some explanation on what really happened since 4 billions is a lot of money to be spent secretly.

“We have money in this country. It is not right to say we are poor. People are just eating out money without even caring. It is sad” posted Ann.
“We are doomed as a country. What is going on in Kenya? Why is everyone trying to be rich at once. Very tough time for us” posted Ahmed.
