Since taking over the Judiciary as the first female Chief Justice, Martha Koome has been facing plenty of challenges. She has not even had time to rest as issues after issues have been arising about her and the Judiciary and things seem to be getting worse on her end.
That is because in recent days, Nelson Havi has been calling for her resignation and today, sad news befell the CJ as a top senior counsel told her to take Havi’s words seriously and resign before it is too late.
Through his official X account, Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi sent a sad message to CJ Martha Koome as he asked her to take Havi’s notice seriously and just resign. That came as he was reacting on Havi’s message that he is giving Koome until 14th of this month to resign or else he will file a petition for her removal from JSC.
