Mount Kenya politics are turning out to be more volatile. Since the impeachment of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and installation of Kithure Kindiki. Things are not the same anymore for President William Ruto and his entourage.
A few weeks ago, his entourage was heckled while leaving Embu university. He was left embarrassed by residents who refused to listen to his speech and some were even seen leaving the venue.
Governor Mbarire’s attempt to lecture Embu residents for heckling the President was met with resistance from the locals allied to Gachagua.

Well, things were not different today during the funeral of former senator Kivuti’s son. Residents refused to listen to the Speech which was supposed to be read by Justine Muturi. The cabinet Secretary of public works has finally opened up after the ordeal.
Through his X account, Justine Muturi shared a clip of him attending the funeral In Embu and delivering his speech. However, he cropped out the part where he was heckled and asked to stop reading President William Ruto’s speech.
Keen Kenyans have asked him to upload the whole video and show it to President William Ruto on exactly what is happening in the country. The president was in Bungoma as his speech was being rejected in Embu county.
