Today, President William Ruto and his team converged in Baringo County. They were there specifically for the goat auction. This is an annual event that has been in place for years. Last year, President William Ruto led leaders there for the same event where one single goat was bought at 13,000, shillings.
Today, they were buying goats at 15,000 Kenya shillings. A massive boost for residents who came out in large numbers to sell their goats.
Well, it was during this moment that Kapseret member of Parliament Oscar Sudi issued a stay that left Kenyans talking.

Sudi claimed that the president is not a good person Since he had suggested they buy each goat at 20,000 shillings instead of 15, 000 as agreed earlier on. His statement left those who were attending the auction laughing and praising him at the same time.
” Nataka niseme kitu Moja hapa. Kwanza nishukuru Rais Kwa kija hapa Leo kununua mbuzi. Lakini yeye si mtu Mzuri. Alikuwa anasema tununue mbuzi 20,000 badala ya 15, 000. Tungeumia sana” said Sudi.
