President William Ruto and his allies are currently in Kakamega County campaigning for the United Democratic party candidate Honorable Ndakwa. The Malava by election is proving to be a do or die to the Kenya Kwanza administration.
President William Ruto’s personal aid Farouk Kibet has camped in Malava. On a daily basis, he holds meetings with area leaders asking them to support the UDA Party candidate for development to be seen from the national government.

While on a Western region tour, the head of state has received unexpected news on his re-election bid in the 2027 general election.
Well, as the President is pushing so hard in Kakamega to have the residents support his re-election.
The Orange democratic Party Senior leader has declared that the ODM party will not blindly support President William Ruto’s re-election.
According to Homabay County Senator Kajwang, the party does not have any political agreement with the Kenya Kwanza administration.
They only came together to fix the political crisis that was in the country almost leading to anarchy.
He maintained that the late Raila Odinga did not at any point indicate that the party will support William Ruto. Therefore, they are going to sit as a party and agree on the way forward.
