President William Ruto is making tactical moves in Mount Kenya region to woe then back to his fold. This is especially after the volatile Impeachment of Rigathi Gachagua from the office.
Something that has caused wide division in the region leaving the head of state watching the region he once depended on politically slip away.
Well, today on December 20, 2024. President William Ruto has pulled a clever move involving Gachagua ally leaving Kenyans talking online.
After suffering a setback in Muranga during the burial of a nominated member of county assembly wainaina, where his speech was rejected. President William Ruto today sent an ally of Rigathi Gachagua with condolences message to the people of Mount Kenya and family of Mwalimu Mwangi.

While in Muranga, Kenyans were shocked when Nyeri County governor Mutahi Kahiga took time to read President William Ruto’s condolences message. He was not rebuked as before where the messages were rejected.
Kahiga claimed that, as Deputy Council of governors chair. He was obligated to read the speech on behalf of the President. He asked residents to listen to it and allow the family to grieve in peace.
The move by Kahiga has left Kenyans speculating online if he is moving towards President William Ruto camp despite being a close ally of Rigathi Gachagua. Well, let’s see what happens next.
