
Speaking at State House Nairobi, Kenya. President William Ruto left many with something to ponder after revealing what happened between him and former President the late Daniel Torotich Arap Moi.
Despite Moi embracing him later and allowing him to vie on the KANU ticket, he claimed that it was not easy for him that time when everything was about money and brand.
According to President William, in 1997, he made a decision to run for the political seat in Uasin Gishu. His aim was to make a Mark after being Ignored for a long time

Well, during this time, Former President Moi didn’t approve of his ambitions. Therefore, during a political rally in Eldoret, Moi asked people to only vote for the people they understand their brand and wealth of. This angered Ruto who went on to put in more effort and Event defeated the wealthiest in the nomination.
Later, the late President embraced him and came back to ask residents to vote for him after understating his vision and ambitions. The revelation by President William Ruto in a video seen by us has left many Kenyans talking.
If he has given up on his dream. He would not be the President of the republic of Kenya now. He made it his mission not to be stopped by the wealthiest or those who did not believe in his dream.
