
For weeks now, Siaya County governor His Excellency James Orengo has been missing in action. His absence from the public eye raised questions among residents who demanded answers from the county officials.
His absence led to the speculations online of him being sick and not able to continue with his mandate as the county boss.
Well, Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga has finally opened up on the issue sends a message to residents.

Speaking at Bar-Atheng Primary In Ugunja, Siaya County. Raila maintained that James Orengo is okay and people should not worry about his absence from public space. He asked leaders to focus on the mandate given to them by the people who elected them instead of focusing on attacking each other.
This is coming just days after Siaya County residents raised questions over the absence of their Deputy governor too. The Deputy governor and Orengo have not been seeing each other eye to eye. He was expected to takeover when the governor is not around but his absence is now raising more questions on the future of Siaya County in terms of development.
