The late Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga was buried on October 19, 2025 after passing away in India on October 15, 2025. He was in India for treatment according to the family spokesperson, Dr. Oburu Odinga.
Well, Since his burial, Ida Odinga has been receiving people at her home. Mourners have been visiting the grave site of Raila Odinga to pay their last respect. She has finally left Bondo.

According to the Kirinyaga County Governor Ann Waiguru. She met Mama Ida Odinga at her Karen home days after the burial of Orange democratic Party leader. Flanked by County leadership, she eulogized Raila Odinga as a strong person who made bold steps in the county’s leadership.
Many Kenyans have praised Mama Ida Odinga for remaining strong despite losing her husband. Despite her leaving Opoda farm, many Kenyans are still visiting the home and are being welcomed by the relatives who are camped there and workers who have been there since the time Odinga was alive. May his soul continue resting in peace.
