Currently in the country, many Kenyans have been claiming that the cost of living is high. Some like lecturers and doctors have even been demonstrating so that they get a pay rise to maintain themselves. They have been calling on President William Ruto and his government to fix the economy and bring down the cost of the country.
While that is the case, today President William Ruto left Kenyans perplexed as he publicly stated that his government has fixed the economy.
Through his official X account, President William Ruto stated that his government has spent the last two years fixing the economy and thus, he is now glad that the economy is now stable. He went ahead to say that his administration will keep working to address the challenges that the country has been facing hence building a better country.
According to President William Ruto, this is not the time for retrogressive politics. It is a time to deliver for Kenyans.
