The Director of Criminal investigation Mr. Amin Mohammed while appearing at the Senate for the probe over the death of blogger Albert Ojwang made a statement that has left many Kenyans talking.
There has been a public out cry over who is supposed to resign for the accountability of what led to the death of Albert Ojwang. Kenyans are demanding for the resignation of Deputy inspector general of Police Eliud Lagat. However, it seems like DCI boss Amin Mohammed has a different opinion and has alleged the name of a police officer who should be treated as the main suspect.

According to Mohammed, Talam who was the central Police station commanding officer was called but refused to book the suspect and therefore, he should be treated as a main suspect.
” It has further been confirmed that before the booking, the report office personnel called the OCS, that he declined to book the suspect. Talam is the officer commanding Central Police Station and from the totality of things, he should be treated as a prime suspect in the matter.” Said DCI boss Amin Mohammed.
