Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is currently attending an interview with Citizen Television journalist, Yvonne Matole Okwara. This is coming just days after his dramatic entry from the United States of America.
Well, during the interview, Gachagua was asked to respond to claims that he is tribalistic and that was the reason he was thrown out of the government of the day.
During this time, Gachagua made a comment that seemingly angered journalist Yvonne Okwara.

While responding to a question, Gachagua claimed that, he is not tribal and that he has worked with so many people including Somalis who are not from Mount Kenya region. He continued by insinuating that, Yvonne Matole Okwara is a good Journalist and that he enjoys his way of presenting news.
Yvonne asked him not to do that respectfully. She seemingly decided not to be seen as a person who can be compromised by political class or rather, she was defending her integrity.
Kenyans online have hailed her as a composed and well mannered journalist. Her ability to remain neutral Durin that heated interview has made Kenyans praise her more.
