The Tranzoia County governor His Excellency George Natembeya is facing several charges at the court. He is appearing today before a judge at Milimani law courts where he is accused of obtaining money from his county coffers through proxies.
Natembeya, together with other Officials from Tanzania county were arrested a few weeks ago before being released on bail. The bail that elicited mixed reactions after he was asked not to step in his official office for sixty days.
Well, former Law Society of Kenya President Nelson Havi has warned him after noticing something during his case mentioning today.

According to Nelson Havi, governor Natembeya is making a blunder by not going to quality lawyers that can save him. Instead of focusing on the case as a criminal he is focusing on it from a political angle which might land him in deep trouble. He has advised him to pick lawyers like Ongoya and Ngatia to save himself.
“George Natembeya is a good man. However, he is facing a criminal case and not a political rally. I advise him to get serious Advocates like Ngatia or Ongoya who can sit down, read, conceive a defense plan and throw out that case. Those tadpoles will only land him a conviction.” Posted Nelson Havi.
