Babu Owino is one of the most known political leaders in the country. He is not only known because he is an ODM loyalist and the Embakasi East Member of Parliament but he is also known because he is always vocal and extremely controversial in most occasions.
Time and again, Babu Owino has been causing a stir in the country due to his controversial remarks and today, he decided to let loose in the morning as he took his war at President William Ruto’s doorsteps.
Through his official X account, Babu Owino claimed that they have successfully fought the new university funding model and Helb is now back. He went on to say that the fight against President William Ruto’s government is not yet over because next, they will be fighting for Helb to be a grant and not a loan.
According to the popular MP, there should also be free secondary school education. Apart from education matters, Babu Owino also took issues with SHA as he said SHA must be done away with. The Embakasi East law maker maintained that they will always win.
