Chief Justice Martha Koome has been under attack from lawyers across the country. Led by Senior Counsel Ahmednasir and Nelson Havi, lawyers have been calling for her resignation over accountability issues and massive corruption within the judiciary.
Havi has been naming Judges who should be removed from office for allegedly taking bribes. His claims have mounted more pressure on Koome.
Well, another leader and former governor has joined the team that is calling for change at the judiciary. Things seem to be getting hot for the Chief Justice.
According to reports, Kiraitu Murungi has joined the team of those calling for change at the judiciary.
