The battle for the Kenyan top seat is heating up as 2027 approaches. The incumbent, President William Ruto is doing everything to fulfill all the Promises he made to Kenyans in the 2022 election period. Failure to do so, several people are lining up to replace him.
One of the people planning to go for the Presidency is former interior Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiang’i. The vibrant leader made it clear a few months ago, he will be vying for the top seat and Kenyans should prepare for his entry.
According to the posters being shared online by DCP party allied members, Dr. Fred Matiang’i is expected to tour the Mount Kenya region in the absence of Gachagua’s. His tour will start in Meru county where he will be hosted by Peter Munya.A

The rally has lifted his political status with those in opposition claiming that, if successful without Gachagua’s, it will show he is now ready to lead the team in case he is appointed as the opposition flag bearer.
Many Kenyans had challenged him to move on his own, create his following before joining forces with other leaders ahead of the Next general election.
