Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has finally responded after Gachagua demanded the reconstitution of the independent Electrol Commission.
Speaking in Kasarani today, Gachagua asked President William Ruto and his administration to focus on putting IEBC in place to allay anxiety that has gripped the nation.
Well, Kindiki while speaking in Kakamega County today In a church service set record straight on why the commission is not in place.

According to Kindiki’s, president William Ruto is unable to constitute IEBC because of a court injunction. Someone went to Court to stop the whole process leading to the whole process to stop.
Once the case is determined, the government will proceed with the whole process of appointing commissioners and Kenyans will have an opportunity to enjoy its services.
