Well, national assembly Majority leader Kimani Ichung’wah has a special message to Kenyans.
Speaking in Parliament during debate, Ichung’wah asked Kenyans to respect police officers and treat them with the dignity they deserve. According to him, it is not everyday that Kenyans will meet officers who are willing to restrain themselves.
He continued by asking Kenyans to be mindful in their activities so that they would not provoke officers who are doing everything in protecting the country.
Ichung’wah’s remarks have not gone down well with a section of Kenyans who are now asking him to call out rogue officers instead of defending them. Especially after today’s incident.
