National Assembly Majority leader Kimani Ichung’wah has sparked mixed reactions online after his declaration. Speaking in a certain function, Ichung’wah left Kenyans speaking after his remarks on who should succeed President William Ruto when he retires.
Speaking at a function in Limuru, Ichung’wah asked Western region leaders to be patient since he will mobilize his troops and front one from the region to be President. He asked them to support President William Ruto now and in 2027 and when he leaves office, they will have an opportunity to claim a spot on the house at the hill.
