National Assembly Majority leader Kimani Ichung’wah is one of individuals close to the President and most trusted allies. On various occasions, he has been seen defending the government position withstanding pressure from a section of Kenyans who views him as a sycophant rather than a leader.
Well, while speaking to Kenyans, Kikuyu member of Parliament pleaded with them not to reject the 2025 finance bill in totality but rather highlight the clauses in it that needs to be changed. According to him, this will help better the country and not sink it through the lack of revenue going forward.

He has continued by saying that, some people have not gone through the bill and are only focused on raising political temperatures through lies and victimization.
” I want to ask Kenyans not to be lied to. Some people who have not even gone through the bill are here to tell you not to accept something they have not scrutinized. They are only going to tell you to reject it in totality. Let us not do that, only point out what should be changed.” Said Ichung’wah.
