Rigathi Gachagua stopped being Deputy President of the republic of Kenya today, November 1, 2024. This was after Professor Kithure Kindiki was sworn into office as the third Deputy President of the republic of Kenya.
President William Ruto praised Kindiki as one of the most loyal person that has a distinguished career in academics. He also told Kenyans how frustrated he was in previous cabinet meetings that he almost became a lonely person.
Well, during the swearing in ceremony. Gachagua was missing in action leaving Kenyans talking about his whereabouts. It has emerged what he was doing while Kindiki was being sworn in as the second in command.
Through his social media platforms, the former President has posted a picture of him with his family. In the picture, they are seen having a good time seated on grass. Gachagua has reflected how family is one of the most important aspects of life. He has told Kenyans his next move is to continue having nature walks and enjoy village life.
