President William Ruto has made some more changes within his administration. According to the changes seen by this writer, cabinet secretary Deborah Mulongo had been fired from the health docket. Her position has been taken by Aden Duale who is moving from forestry. The changes have also affected Justine Muturi after long weeks of public exchange between him and the President.
