Vibrant Kenyan politician and a senior counsel in the legal fraternity has been deported. Karua, known for her bold move in both politics and defender of rule of law has been put on a KQ flight and deported.
Karua has been vocal on region law. A few months ago, she was in Uganda defending opposition leader Besyigye Kiza who was arrested in Kenya and driven to Uganda for allegedly planning to topple the President of the republic of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Miseveni.
Well, it Seems like Karua bold move did not sit well with a section of East Africa leaders. According to the reports from Tanzania, Martha Karua was deported from Julius Nyerere International Airport in Tanzania on board Kenya Airways flight.
Her, together with other legal attorneys have been deported while trying to gain access in Tanzania and represent Tundu Lisu who was arrested and detained for allegedly abusing the President of Tanzania, Samia Suluhu.
