Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has taken another dramatic action ahead of tomorrow Court Ruling.
The second in command is expected to know if conservatory orders will be lifted by High Court judges, which might pave the way for Kindiki’s swearing in.
The bench which is led by justice Ogolla is expected to deliver the ruling on October 29, 2024.
Well, according to reports from Gachagua close legal team. He has made another interesting move in his case.
According to Gachagua, he is not satisfied with the bench constituted to listen to his grievances. Last week, though his lawyers, the second in command filled a motion requesting judges to drop out of his case.
The reason for such a request was due to conflict of interest. He alleged that, one of the judges, Ogolla has a wife who was employed by President William Ruto hence him being on that bench was against the law.
Gachagua also demanded that the bench be dropped because it was picked by Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu instead of Martha Koome. Kenyans are waiting to see how things will play out tomorrow.
