On December 30, 2024. The High Court of Kenya issued an order directing Inspector general of Police Douglas Kanja, Director of criminal invagination and National intelligence service boss to Produce abductees. They were told to produce then in court on December 31, 2024 at 11 am.
The mentioned agencies did not appear in court sending mixed signals to Kenyans who were keenly following the matter. No clear reason was given to the general public on why they did not Produce the abducted youths.
Well, today, the court has issued another order to now interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen and inspector Kanja.
“HIGH COURT orders Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen and IG Kanja to attend court on January 8, 2025 to explain why six Kenyans who were abducted have not been released.” Report
