Although the family of National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula made it clear that they didn’t want politics at the funeral of their mother, things turned ugly as politicians took the stage to offer their condolences. Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya appeared to have caused a stir when he publicly told President William Ruto to end abductions in the country, something that caused heated reactions from Ruto’s men, especially Kimani Ichung’wah.
While responding to George Natembeya, the furious Kikuyu Member of Parliament broke loose as he lectured the Governor. Kimani Ichung’wah’s reaction though appears to have landed him in trouble with Gathoni Wamuchomba who has come out to hit hard on him.
Through her official X account, Gathoni Wamuchomba embarrassed Ichung’wah as she claimed that it’s not a habit of men to rant and rant in public. Wamuchomba even went ahead and term Ichung’wah as a ‘Ms’ as she claimed that Ichung’wah confused the funeral with a political rally.
