Busia County senator and activist Okiya Omutatah has received some good news from the court after the latest ruling.
Him, together with other Kenyans were arrested in Nairobi for allegedly causing disturbance and spreading hate among youths through anti-government protests.
They were demanding for the release of those abducted by unknown gun men. Kibet Bull and others were picked from various locations and have never been found until now. It is not clear what happened to them after the arrest.
