The late general Ogolla lost his life in a chopper crash that raised many questions among Kenyans. His death shocked many people and several Kenyans eulogized him as a gallant soldier who made sure that the country was well protected at all times.
President William Ruto mourned him as a dedicated Parson who strived for excellence in all time. He always respected the leader of the day and made sure that the country was stable from any external attacks.
Those that he worked with in the military eulogized him as a man with viseion and great mission for the military forces. They also acknowledged his contribution in uniting the Forces.

Well, while speaking on the Obina Show, former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua revealed how Ogolla terrified him months before his death.
According to Gachagua, Ogolla was at his Karen home residence during his birthday celebration. He was the only senior official that had come to present a birthday card to him.
When Gachagua was told that general Ogolla was at the gate and he had not informed him of the visit, he thought something wrong had happened making him more terrified. However, when the general arrived, he handed him a birthday card cooling his anxiety.
