Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has revealed an alleged plan that President William Ruto has hatched ahead of the upcoming general election.
According to the former second in command, Ruto is targeting to use the tactic to remain in power despite Kenyans rejecting him for his policies that are affecting Kenyans.
According to Gachagua who was speaking during the burial of the late JM kariuki widow in Nakuru, President William Ruto has now started reaching out to a section of the united opposition leaders.

He has maintained that he is now promising them jobs with an intention of scattering the opposition which has proven to be formidable Ahead of the 2027 general election.
I have now seen how the President is behaving. He has started approaching a section of our opposition members with huge Promises. He has approached them with an intention of scattering us since he knows how powerful we are When united.” Said Gachagua.
DAP Kenya Party leader Honorable Eugene Wamalwa also claimed that people from the government are planning to approach him and if they do, he has promised to remain steady within the United opposition and will not move.
