Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has left Kenyans talking after inventing another nickname for President William Ruto.
A few months ago, President William Ruto publicly acknowledged that he knows he is being referred to as Chief tax collector and Kasongo. During a public event, he claimed that, his intentions will continue despite the opposition trying to stop him.
