The Law Society of Kenya President Faith Odhiambo is on the receiving end after the high court sitting in Kerugoy, Kirinyag County stopped her job that she was given by President William Ruto.
A few days ago, President William Ruto gave her mandate to oversee the compensation of the victims affected by protests. She accepted the position and even went ahead to take an oath.

Well, just hours after the court suspended the commissions mandate. Things turned out for the worst for her. According to Former Law Society of Kenya President, Nelson Havi. The petition filled to stop the compensation committee from discharging its assigned duties by the President would have been filed by LSK.

However, it was not done so because the LSK President who is supposed to be defending Kenyans was busy entraining the appointment by Ruto.
“On an ordinary day, a petition challenging the constitutionality of a Taskforce formed to usurp the role of KNHREC would have been filed by LSK. That was not the case as President Faith Odhiambo has accepted the appointment to the Taskforce.” Posted Nelson Havi.
Many Kenyans have called out faith Odhiambo asking her to choose sides. She either follows Ruto or defends Kenyans going forward.
