The law Society of Kenya President Faith Odhiambo has resigned from the position she was offered to by President William Ruto. A few days ago, she took an oath for the position on the compensation committee for the affected victims of Police brutality.
Her appointment raised eyebrows with Kenyans calling for her resignation. Her accepting the position was seen as a betrayal to Kenyans and those who believed in her.
Well, her resignation has been welcomed by a section Kenyans who have termed it timely. Others are claiming, she waited too long for her to call it a day. This was after Kenyans went after her jugular on the appointment.
