The wave of abductions in Kenya is currently sweeping through villages. Mothers and parents in general of those picked by armed men are crying for the justice of their children.
Despite a massive demonstration in Nairobi on December 30, 2024 calling for their release. Nothing has been done by the state. Those Abducted have not been produced in the court as by the order issued by Justice Bahati Mwamuye.
Well, a strong message has been sent to President William Ruto from a concerned leader over what is happening.
Speaking at a function in Tranzoia County. Governor Natembeya sent an urgent plea to President William Ruto on abductions. According to him, it is dangerous for Kenyans to be abducted and security organs deny any involvement.

It means that with time, even the inspector general of Police Douglas Kanja might be Abducted by the same people and nothing will Happen.
He asked the President to order the release of those arrested to their families so that mothers and relatives can be happy and continue with their lives.
“If we are not careful, even the Inspector of Police Mr. Douglas Kanja can also be abducted if the current trend is something to go by ,kindly Mr. President with all humility, order the release of all abductees” Governor George Natembeya
The vibrant governor also called on the Inspector general of Police to move with speed and investigate what is happening in the country. It is the only way Kenyans are going to gain confidence in the agency.
