Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua was shown the door through impeachment last year. His impeachment was controversial that it left many Kenyans divided. Since then, he has joined hands with other opposition leaders in making sure that the President goes home in the 2027 general election.
Well, speaking at his residence in Tharaka Nithi County, Kindiki made it clear why the former Deputy President was sent packing in 2024. Well, according to Kindiki, it was the inability of Gachagua to perform his function that led to his removal from the office.
Kindiki claimed that, the government was focused on making sure that all the Promises made were fulfilled but Gachagua was focused on other things.
