Kenyans across all social media platforms have been asking the former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua to set the record straight on the remarks made by Nyeri County governor targeting the late Orange democratic Party leader, Honorable Raila Odinga.
Many leaders Issued statements condemning the remarks, but the absence of Rigathi Gachagua was so loud that shocked Kenyans.
Speaking to the media, Orange democratic Party Chairperson, Gladys Wanga accused Gachagua of being behind the remarks made by Mutahi Kahiga. She even went ahead to claim that, as a party, they will never forget that. Well, Gachagua has responded.

Through the United opposition spokesperson Dr. Mukhisa Kituyi, a document has been released which is signed by all the opposition patties calling out Nyeri County governor for spewing hate speech. According to them, the United Democratic party should come out strongly to condemn the statement issued by Kahiga because, he was Elected on the United Democratic party.
Secondly, the United opposition is demanding the censorship of the Nyeri County governor. They are calling out the council of governors for failing to censor their colleague who is out to cause ethnicity war.
