Davis Chirchir Exposed As Kenyans Are Told What He Did Before Submitting Adani Agreement To Parliament

The ADANI-JKIA deal has been dominating headlines in the country for days now. That is after it was exposed by a loyal whistleblower that the government of Kenya under President William Ruto was in the verge of leasing the country’s leading airport. From that time, things have been boiling in the country and things seem to be getting worse after the latest remarks from Ledama Olekina.

Through his official X account, Ledama Olekina exposed Transport Cabinet Secretary Davis Chirchir. That is because the Narok County Senator claimed that Chirchir omitted two very crucial pages from the document he submitted to the Parliament.

According to Ledama Olekina, the 2 pages that were omitted had content on dispute Resolution and governing Laws of the agreement between Adani and Kenya Airports Authority. In that document, the two pages were supposed to be page 48 and 49 but they were missing.

“The documents submitted to Parliament by CS transport intentionally omitted two very crucial pages 1. Dispute Resolution and 2. Governing Laws of the agreement between Adani and Kenya Airports Authority. Pages 48 and 49.” Said Ledama Olekina.

It is not known whether what Ledama Olekina said was true or not but definitely, it will be known by time. There have been plenty of controversies surrounding the ADANI-JKIA deal and it is a time that President William Ruto, Transport CS Davis Chirchir, former Transport CS Kipchumba Murkomen and the government should come out clean on the matter. If that is not done, then the issue may get messy in the country, a point that no one wants to reach.
