The DCP Deputy Party leader Honorable Cleophas Wakhungu Malalah has once again proven himself as the king of by-elections.
In Matungu Constituency by-election a few years ago, he singlehandedly delivered a political seat to the Amani National Congress Party, which was recently dissolved and members joined the United Democratic party.
He went to Matungu with a tactical move that left the Jubilee government shocked. Peter Nabulindo was elected the member of Parliament for Matungu despite the intimidation. Well, he has proven again in Kisa East by leading the DCP party candidate Honorable aluda to win the seat. This is the first DCP party seat in the Western region since its formation.
