The government of Kenya has revised downwards the amount of money payable by the parents to take their students to the Universities across the country.
Since last year ( 2024) the government of Kenya introduced an educational funding model that caused uproar.
Kenyans from lower economic areas found themselves in a band of those well-off. The move elicited mixed reactions with parents calling on the government to revise the fees and make it affordable to many.

Well, it seems like the government has finally listened and a new update on school fees at the University has been shared.
This reduction in school fees is coming just days after Kenyans attacked Finance Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi for saying the country is not able to fund free Primary and secondary education.
President William Ruto came out to clarify the information, he maintained that, his administration is focused on providing free Education and will do everything in availing funds in the same sector.
