He wants the cabinet secretary to come out clearly and tell Kenyans what he meant by that statement and if the elections will be free and fair or some people are planning to compromise it.
“We have sent a copy of this letter to the prosecutor of the ICC for prompt, immediate, and urgent interventions by the court to open an investigation on the Kenyan situation to prevent the possibility of a repeat 2007 violence,” the letter reads.
