Bad News For Ruto As This Is Reported At Night

President William Ruto is really fighting to unite the country and cement his policies. Policies that will help him establish a legacy when he is out of office. What will he be remembered for when he leaves? Will it be the massive construction of affordable housing? Will it be the formation of Taifa care?

Or will it be the history of Parliament invasion and abduction of youths? What do you think? Don’t answer now, that will be answered in 2027 when he is also done work the first tearm. Kenyans will have an a chance to evaluate his record and make a decision on whether to add him another term or not.

Well, as he fights to put the country on a world map. Things are still not good at home. And according to the late night announcement, he might have to go back to the drawing board and save his legacy.

Civil group Kenyans Against Abductions has notified OCS at Central Police Station in Mombasa of their plans to hold #EndAbductionsKE peaceful protest on Monday, January 6, 2025 to call for action against politically motivated abductions.

The march is set to begin at Pembe za Ndovu at 9:30 a.m., proceeding through Nyerere Avenue to Pandya Roundabout, Urban Police Roundabout and Mombasa Law Courts where a sit-in will take place.

The protest will conclude at the Uhuru na Kazi building where a petition will be presented to the County Commissioner for Mombasa County.

The organizers have formally requested County Police Commander, OCPD Central and County Security Department for security arrangements to guarantee safety of participants.

This is bad news for the president since the protests have always been turning out to be violent with teargas being lobbied. This has always forced traders to close their businesses in towns , especially Nairobi hence affecting the economy.

With Mombasa now next, tourists will have to stay indoors and it might affect how those who are planning to arrive in the country for vacation. Keeping in mind, Mombasa is one of their preferred destinations.

President William Ruto will have to move with speed and stop the protests. Maybe it will be stopped by the release of those abducted.
