For years, Orange democratic Party leader Honorable Raila Odinga has enjoyed political support Across the country. Despite missing the top seat five times, he has remained to be a decision maker in all the governments formed after the election.

Kakamega County governor, Fernandez Barasa declared himself as the party Chairperson. This was after a heated voting promise that led to one team walking out.
On the other hand, Lugari Member of Parliament Honorable Nabii Nambwera declared himself the elected ODM party Chairperson, in Kakamega County.
Speaking at Khwisero during the empowerment program. Nambwera was introduced by the Khwisero Member of Parliament Aseka as Chairperson. The invitation elicited mixed reactions online.
Residents have now called on Raila Odinga to move with speed and bring together governor Barasa and Nabii Nambwera. Failure to it, the party is going to struggle a lot going forward.
