Kisii County governor, his Excellency Simba Arati was missing in action in Homabay during the Madaraka day celebration. Him, being elected to the position on the Orange democratic Party and the Deputy party leader of ODM, he was expected to be part of the team of governors to grace the event.
Well, he has made it known to Kenyans where he was and what he was doing when Raila his party leader joined the President in Homabay for a historic day.
Well, Arati has finally revealed that indeed he was committed to his people in Kisii where he presided over Madaraka day celebration at Gusii stadium. His absence was not political as many had alleged.
