The DCP Deputy Party leader Honorable Cleophas Malalah will have to move with speed and solve his issues that could land him in jail.
Malalah who is currently active crisscrossing the country marketing their political outfit, DCP, to Kenyans has been slapped hard by the courts.
According to the latest ruling shared to us, the presiding judge in a case where Malalah has sued the United Democratic party for his unceremonious removal from office.

According to the petition filled by Malalah. He accused UDA Party chair Cecily Mbarire for organizing his removal from the office. He claimed that his rights were violated since he was removed very early In the morning without being given a chance to defend himself.
Well, the court has thrown out the petition and has asked Malalah to pay a total of 150,000 shillings to Cecily Mbarire and her team as legal fees that were used to cover the petition litigation.
