President William Ruto while attending a celebration function in Mombasa, the Navy at 60. He revealed one thing former President Uhuru Kenyatta advised him and that he intends to actualize immediately.
After two years of not seeing each other eye to eye, it seems like things are starting to work out for the two top politicians. Reaching to an extent of Ruto acknowledging the good things Uhuru advised him. It Seems like the country is leading to a better direction politically.
Well, while speaking at Mutongwe, Navy base. Ruto revealed that before leaving office, the head of state( Uhuru ) asked him to modernize the military once he was ready financially. He asked him to raise the standards of the military to match the modern world levels.

” One thing I want to actualize is the advice given to me by my friend and former President Uhuru Kenyatta. He advised me to modernize the military to the top standards. After stabilizing the economy. My Focus is now there. We must achieve this noble thing together as a country. ” Said President William Ruto.
According to Ruto, now that he has managed to stabilize the economy. He is going to actualize the advice he was given. He continued by hailing the men in uniform for a tremendous job they are doing in protecting the country against any attacks.
