No Rest For Ruto As His UDA Party Is Hit Hard After Latest Development

President William Ruto party has received unwanted news as they fight to ouster it’s deputy Party leader. Currently, the whole focus is on removal of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua due to various reasons tabled in Parliament.

As Kibwezi member of Parliament straggles to remove Gachagua from office, UDA on the other hand has suffered a blow.

According to reports from the courts, the ouster of United Democratic Party Secretary General Cleophas Wakhungu Malala has been stopped. The Party has been ordered to halt any proceedings until the case is heard and determined on October 16, 2024.

Issuing the judgement, Judge Stephen Masau, Muzna Jin and Abdirahman Adan ordered the respondent to reserve the appellant ik in new tern of events.

According to the sources within United Democratic Party. Sen. Cleophas Wakhungu Malalah was not removed from his office because of incompetence but rather his relationship to Gachagua.

It is said he refused to initiate the impeachment motion against the second in command while he was at helm. His ouster was necessary for the motion to proceed.

With the court rulling, President William Ruto is at cross road. Will he continue to work with Malalah who is seen as pro Gachagua. Time will tell.
