He was supposed to appear before Justice Ogembo for allegedly inciting the public against each other. He was accused of asking residents to use pangas and deal with those who disagree with them politically.
Kuria’s post has elecited mixed reactions online from a section of Kenyans who have asked him to focus and let the Senate do it’s part. Some have told him that he indeed released inciting statements in 2020.
“It is unfortunate for Moses Kuria to release such statement. Just focus on something else going forward. We are watching what is Happening. It seems like this motion was hatched at State House. We are really saddened as the state.” Posted Robert.
“It’s sad that those close to the President and from Mount Kenya are mocking the second in command. This motion is not good at all” posited Clare.
