Today as President William Ruto was confirming Mr. Douglas Kanja as the new inspector general of Police at State House. His Deputy Rigathi Gachagwa was missing in action raising more Speculations of their bitter relationship.
This is not the first major event that Gachagwa has missed at State House despite being the second In Command.
Well, details have emerged on where Gachagwa was while Ruto was witnessing the swearing in of new inspector general of Police.
