Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu has served in that position for years now. The good thing is that she has been executing her work well to a point that many Kenyans have been supporting and believing in her.
While that is the case, today DCJ Philomena Mwilu was not entertained as she was publicly told to do the unthinkable or go home.
Through his official X account, Nelson Havi gave DCJ Philomena Mwilu and the other Supreme Court Judges a warning as he told them that they either prevail upon CJ Martha Koome to go home or if not, then they will also have to go home with the CJ.
That came as Havi insisted that CJ Martha Koome should resign by 14th January 2025. Havi marinated that Mwilu and other Judges have until tomorrow 9am to act or if not, he will present a petition for their removal to the JSC.
