DP Gachagwa Indirectly Attacks Kimani Ichungwah Over His Nyanza Tour Remarks

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagwa seems to be offended by remarks made by leaders during Nyanza region development tour. While speaking in Mount Kenya region in a church service, the second in command made it known, he was hurt. Gachagwa told the congregation how embarrassing it was to watch leaders from central region target each other.

Kimani Ichungwah Remarks While In Kisumu.

Kikuyu member of Parliament Kimani Ichungwah fired salvos at Gachagwa during Nyanza tour Infront of Ruto. He claimed that, it was not right for some leaders to advocate for a specific ethnic unity leaving the rest.

He continued by asking President William Ruto not to be intimidated by those leaders but instead focus on unity calls.

“Some leaders have been calling for the Unity of only one community which is not right. We must unit as a country and forge good relationship with each other” said Kimani Ichungwah.

Gachagwa Remarks In Mount Kenya Church.

Gachagwa asked leaders from central not to air their dirty linens in other regions since it is not the right.

“Even if we have problems in this region. It is not right to tell them out there. We need to sit and agree on moving forward as a community. We must remain united if we need to succeed and save our people” said Gachagwa.
