CS Kithure Kindiki Sends A Warning To Demonstrators

Interior Cabinet Secretary Professor, Kindiki has warned those planning to take part in demos.
Speaking in a Presser, the CS asked general Z officials to guide their people so that they will not break the law by giving the following guidelines:

1. The protest must end by exactly 6:30 pm or when the sun sets.
2. The protesters must give give directions on the routes that will be used during protests.
3. Those taking part in the protest must not interfere with either air or read transport for they shall face full force of the law if they try that.
4. Some government buildings are out of reach for them and must not set approach them during the protest.

A group of Kenyans calling themselves generation Z have been asking members of Parliament to reject Kenyan financial bill 2024 in totality.

According to the them, tax proposals fronted by the government are punitive to Kenyans amidst tough economic times.

Some of the proposals rejected by Kenyans are; eco-levy, tax on bread, tax of cars among others.
